WHMCS Integration

Configure WHMCS for UDR domain operations.

A practical implementation path for approved partners who want WHMCS to search, sell, renew, and support UDR-managed domains through controlled registrar workflows.

Before you begin

Prepare access and approvals.

Confirm registrar approval, API credentials, billing and abuse contacts, and the current UDR WHMCS module package before enabling live sales.

  • Use a dedicated WHMCS API credential.
  • Match currency, renewal, and contact rules.
  • Verify availability, orders, renewals, updates, and tickets in staging.

Implementation

Partner setup sequence.

Use these steps as the registrar implementation checklist before turning on live WHMCS sales for UDR extensions.

01

Install the module package

Upload the UDR registrar module to the WHMCS modules/registrars directory, verify file permissions, and activate the module from System Settings > Domain Registrars.

02

Add registrar credentials

Enter the partner API endpoint, client identifier, secret, environment mode, and webhook signing key. Save the configuration, then run a connection test from the module screen.

03
Create domain products

Create domain products

Map each UDR extension to its correct product group, price periods, eligibility text, premium-name behavior, renewal windows, and manual-review notice.

04

Verify checkout data

Ensure WHMCS collects registrant, administrative, technical, nameserver, and policy-attestation fields required by the selected extension family.

05

Enable automation and support handoff

Schedule WHMCS cron, validate renewal reminders, route failed provisioning to tickets, and send abuse or RDAP correction cases to the UDR support desk.
